With a 25 year portfolio career, our Principal Consultant, Isabela Souza experience ranges from the private sector and consultancies to academia and NGOs.

Through Ar&Terra Consultancy, Isabela provides advice on international aid and partnership programmes to governments and cooperations in the UK and overseas.

Having worked in Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe, she specialises in the design and implementation of programmes and their monitoring and evaluation.

With an academic hat, Isabela encourages learning for globally responsible leadership.

Isabela holds dual citizenship (British and Brazilian). In addition to English and Portuguese, she speaks fluent Spanish.
